RE+ is the evolution of SPI, ESI, and Smart Energy Week. Originally developed by the nation’s leading solar energy organizations to engage the business community, the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), RE+ reflects an ongoing entrepreneurial approach to renew best practices across the clean energy landscape as the marketplace evolves. 

Registration to RE+ gives you access to solar, energy storage, hydrogen, EV infrastructure, grid edge technology, and wind power education sessions and exhibiting companies, along with multiple days packed with networking events.

Over time, the renewable industry has evolved—battery costs have dropped, transportation and electrification has changed, and state-level mandates and policies are building towards a carbon neutral future. SPI stayed ahead of this collective shift and has diversified over the years to accommodate emerging trends and complimentary technologies, solidifying its place in the market as the harbinger of the greater renewable energy market. The name change reflects a commitment to providing industry-wide networking, education, and exhibition opportunities that drive a renewable energy future.

With costs continuing to decline, energy storage deployment is rapidly expanding and Energy Storage International (ESI) paves the way for greater integration between the energy storage, solar, and distributed energy markets. As the largest energy storage event in North America, ESI features hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees drawn to energy storage technology and applications each year.

What is the Code of Conduct for RE+ ?
RE+ Events is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics. We expect all attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, venue staff, and exhibitors to help us ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Code of Ethical Conduct
Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Attendees should be mindful of the surroundings and of fellow participants and alert event venue security or event staff to potentially dangerous or harassing situations or someone in distress.

Unacceptable Conduct
All who participate in the event deserve respectful treatment, regardless of the capacity in which they are attending. Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee, speaker, partner, exhibitor, or volunteer of the event or related event activities. RE+ Events defines harassment to include: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender identity, or disability; use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwelcome following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention. Attendees often combine professional activities with social interaction and while RE+ Events   encourages such networking and strengthening of connections between participants, we reserve the right to remove anyone whose social attentions become unwelcome to an attendee or exhibitor, who appears inebriated and who engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other attendees and/or exhibitors to participate in and enjoy the event. Event participants are not permitted to bring firearms to the event.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at the events whether by (including but not limited to) attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. RE+ Events, at its discretion, may bar those who violate this code from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the events, without refund of any fees paid, and may in appropriate circumstance bar violators of this code from attendance or participation of future events.

Attendees should come in business/business casual attire.

No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed on the exhibit floor or in education sessions.

A professional photographer will be on site to document RE+ and all affiliate events/activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of RE+ Events. By registering for and/or attending this event, you consent to being recorded or photographed for press or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All images submitted through any show management tool or device will be considered the property of RE+ Events upon submission and can be used for press and/or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All submitted pictures will be reviewed by show management for approval before use.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that we update or modify this Privacy Policy, we will strive to post such updates or modifications on this Website for a period of thirty days following any such modifications, and the last date this Privacy Policy was updated will be indicated as the latest Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you are advised to review this Privacy Policy occasionally, or at least every thirty days. Your continued use of this Website shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.

RE+ Events restricts exhibitors and other companies from hosting or participating in competing or conflicting events or activities that occur during official show hours. Exhibitors violating this policy will be subject to cancellation of their booth without refund and may not be invited to participate in future exhibitions. Booth Personnel are not permitted to promote the exhibiting company outside the contracted exhibit space. All marketing must remain within the contracted exhibit space. Marketing materials may not be placed on conference tables or other areas that are not within the boundaries of the booth, both inside and outside of the exhibit hall. Show management reserves the right to remove individuals or discard display materials that do not comply with these guidelines. Please note that while RE+ Events   has a zero-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing. Any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company's booth, will be asked to leave immediately.

What is suitcasing?
Suitcasing is a business practice in which unethical companies will gain access to an event by obtaining some type of event credential (attendee badge, expo-only badge, etc.) and then solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference. This practice skirts the support of the organizer and the industry. Attendees that sell to exhibitors or other attendees within the exhibit hall, but don't purchase an exhibit to do so, are suitcasing. Typically, suitcasers approach people in the public areas of the show, such as registration and food-service areas, or aisles, and hand out brochures or other marketing collateral. This includes the hotels. This is expressly prohibited at most shows since again, these people are poaching the attendees that exhibitors have paid to see.

What can you do?
Attendees can report any observed violations to the exhibits manager, other RE+ Events  staff, or conference security. The exhibits manager will investigate all complaints of suitcasing. RE+ Events   recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, or any other public place in proximity to our event. For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. It is for this reason RE+ Events   staff must be informed of any hospitality suites and expressed consent must be given prior to the event.

Registration costs vary. Please review the registration page for member/non-member costs, and what's included in each registration type. Registration for RE+ 2023 opens in March.

To get the discounted member rate, you must be a member of SEPA and/or premium-level of national SEIA when you register. New membership takes up to 72 hours to process. You must be a member of SEIA and/or SEPA in good standing to receive the member rate for RE+.

Yes, we do offer a special student rate, but please note that we do not have any student scholarships available. To be eligible to receive the discounted rate, please submit a copy of your student ID and college advisor's contact information to registration@re-plus.com. You will be required to present your valid student ID onsite to pick up your badge.

Before an invitation letter can be provided, you must register for the conference and payment must be received via credit card, check (in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank) or wire transfer. Once registered and paid, please email registration@re-plus.com to request a Visa letter/invitation. Once an invitation letter has been provided, the remaining requirements of VISA application, necessary documentation, embassy or consulate interviews, etc. are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Should the VISA application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, RE+ Events will refund the full registration fee back to the original credit card, or by check if the original payment was provided by check or wire transfer. Simply email registration@re-plus.com should you not be able to attend the event due to VISA application-related issues.

Elected Government Official at the state level or higher interested in attending RE+ are eligible to register at no cost. This complimentary pass includes everything that is included in a Full Conference registration. Please note that to qualify as a Government Elected Official you must be an Elected Official in government, through election. Employees working in the office of an elected official do not qualify. Please email registration@re-plus.com in order to obtain the promotional code.

RE+ has negotiated discounted hotel rates to help you save money while you're in Las Vegas, NV. These are the lowest rates available near the Venetian Convention & Expo Center. Hotel information has not been posted yet; beware of scammers. Information will be posted on our housing page when housing opens. Check back soon to see rates and secure your reservation.

The RE+ event app will be live one week before RE+ 2023. All attendees will receive an email with information about downloading the app.

Only Full Conference attendees will be able to receive the education slides. In order to gain access to the education slides, you need to download the mobile app. Full Conference attendees will receive special access to download the slides in the app, and can opt to have the presentation slides emailed as well.

RE+ does not offer bulk badge pickup. In order to pick up a badge onsite you will need to have a copy of the confirmation email for that specific registration. Please keep in mind there is a reprint fee. To reprint a lost badge onsite, the registrant will be required to pay 50% of the badge value per reprint. The registrant must also have a valid government ID that matches the information on the badge to qualify for a reprint. Networking event tickets (such as for the Block Party or Welcome Reception) will not be reprinted for any reason. If you pick up a badge for another member of your company, it will be your sole responsibility to get the badge to that individual. RE+ Events is not liable for any badges or tickets after they have been printed.

Industry professionals and students who are interested in the renewable energy industry's latest innovations and services in the industry. No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed on the exhibit floor or in education sessions.

Once RE+ has assigned your booth and returned the contract, you will automatically receive an email with the Exhibitor Dashboard login. Start with the exhibitor dashboard where you will have access to registration and housing, invoices, sponsorship opportunities, and more. Under Exhibitor Resources you will find move-in hours, policy on booth changes, show exhibition hours and much more. Everything you need for the exhibition is in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Freeman is the Official Service Contractor providing material handling, furniture rental, custom booth rental, carpet, labor, hanging signs/rigging (under 200lbs). Specialized Events Services (SES) provides cleaning, electrical, hanging signs/rigging (over 200lbs), internet, telephone, catering and plumbing at The Venetian Expo only. Encore provides electrical, rigging, telephone, internet and catering at the Venetian.

Refer to the Electrical Services order form from Specialized Events Services (SES) for The Venetian Expo. Check your equipment for the amps/watts needed. In addition to ordering the outlets, you will need to order electrical labor for the distribution of the power. Mark on the order form the dates for which the service is requested, and the time requested for electrical to be installed. There is a minimum charge of one hour to install and 1/2 hour to dismantle electrical if the electrical is placed somewhere other than the back of the booth. If you have an island or peninsula booth, you must provide a floor plan with your order showing the preferred location of the outlets or they will place them at their discretion.

You will need to review the order forms for each RE+ official contractor and how they receive payment. They are separate companies.

Shipments can be sent in one of two ways. One option is to ship in advance to the Freeman Warehouse where shipments can be received anytime between August 9 through August 31st. Freeman will then deliver your freight to your booth at your appointed target time. To print shipping label(s), click on the Warehouse Shipping label. Another option is to ship directly to the Venetian Expo Center. Freight must arrive on your assigned target time (refer to the Target Time floorplan). Your target date and times are for your booth delivery, not small packages, literature, etc. If shipping direct, carriers must check-in at the Freeman Marshaling Yard first to receive a Freight Door assignment before coming to The Venetian Expo Center. Please note – All outbound shipments should be arranged at the Freeman Service desk. If you are driving your materials to the show, take advantage of the Privately Operated Vehicle (POV) Program. This takes place on Sunday and Monday before the show and Freeman will deliver your materials on a flatbed cart. See the Material Handling — POV form in the Exhibitor Resource Manual to see if you qualify.

Freight Target Times are only for shipments directly to the Venetian Expo Center. This designated date and time has been established for the arrival of your carrier at the Freeman marshaling yard. This is necessary in order to accommodate the large volume of freight that needs to be unloaded on the limited freight dock space available. Target times are listed by booth numbers. If you ship in advance to the Freeman warehouse, the freight will be at your exhibit space at your designated target time. If you need to change your target time, complete the Target Time Change Request Form. For more information review the Target Time Map.

Material Handling is the service to move and store your freight from the freight docks to your booth. This service includes off-loading from the delivery truck; delivery to your booth; removing empty crates and boxes; storing the crates and boxes during the show and returning them after the show; and finally, delivery of the crates and boxes to load onto to your carrier for return shipping. This service is provided exclusively by Freeman. It is a one-time charge for incoming and outgoing. See the Material Handling Order Form in the Exhibitor Resource Center for rates.

Yes, there are two ways to unload your materials at the show. You can take advantage of the POV/Cart Service Program provided by Freeman or you can hand carry your own freight. See description below.

Hand Carry is permitted if a display or product is capable of being carried from the exhibitor’s privately owned vehicle into the hall by hand. Only a small, two-wheel dolly can be used. Exhibitors with hand-carry freight can arrive any time after their scheduled target time. To utilize this service, your total freight must be delivered in a Privately Operated Vehicle (POV), no commercial carriers and driven by a company employee and cannot be unloaded at any of the loading docks.

A Privately Operated Vehicle (POV) is a vehicle driven by you or your employee and Freeman will deliver the materials to your booth. This service is available at a round trip rate of $247.25 per trip.

Delivery must take place during move-in on:
Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday, September 11, 2023 from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

During move-out, POVs will be reloaded on Thursday, September 14, 2023. See the Freeman POV Service Form for more information and details of how to take advantage of this program.

RE+ Exhibitor Registration is open. You will simply sign-in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on REGISTRATION & HOUSING. Badges are allocated based on booth size. See your allocation on the Badges & Allotments Form.

Vehicles for indoor displays are allowed. Closely follow the instructions in the Rules and Regulations and/or in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Requirements can be found on page 30.

No. Show badges constitute a limited, revocable license to the named badge holder to attend 2023 RE+. Badges cannot be reproduced, sold, shared or otherwise transferred to another person. Show badges are the property of the show and may be revoked at any time for any reason. Lost badges will be re-issued at 50% of the original registration fee.

We will not be mailing badges, you will be able to pick up the badges at Venetian Expo, or any of our many locations throughout Las Vegas. Click here to see a full list of locations.

Onsite registration terminals are for badge pickup and registration record updates purpose only. There will be a touchless process for getting your badge.

All personnel are required to accept the RE+ Terms and Conditions when registering. All personnel must pick up badge in person. Bulk badge pickup will NOT be allowed.

Yes. All event staff, including contractors and vendors, will be required to follow the same safety protocols.

 

Unofficial and Predatory Vendors Warning

RE+ Events has become aware of several instances of attendees, exhibitors, and partners receiving solicitations from vendors either impersonating RE+ Events or who are unaffiliated with RE+ Events attempting to mislead consumers regarding room block reservations, the sale of attendee lists, advertising opportunities, etc...

Please exercise caution when interacting with vendors or potential offers related to RE+ 2023 and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate contact person, listed below.

RE+ Events does not sell attendee lists for our events. Any offers to rent or purchase email lists related to RE+ or any of our regional or international shows are fraudulent.

For all exhibitors at RE+ 2023, we urge you to be cautious to avoid booking services through any vendor not listed as an official contractor in the Exhibitor Resource Guide. Official vendor partners of RE+ Events will never send emails from a non-business account such as Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc...

If you are approached by a non-official vendor or are unsure of a vendor's affiliation, please reach out to sales@re-plus.com for verification and/or further information.

We have worked diligently and thoughtfully to secure hotel blocks that are within close proximity to the convention center at the lowest rates. Our goal is to include a mix of different hotel brands at a variety of prices to meet the diverse needs of our participants.  Booking through our verified vendors is the only way to guarantee the best rates and safe transactions for housing reservations at RE+ 2023.

Unfortunately, in the past some exhibitors and attendees have fallen prey to these companies and have either lost significant deposits or have not received the hotel rooms they originally booked. Reservations made through any agency other than The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas and IMN Solutions will be at your own risk.

If you do receive a solicitation from a company claiming to have hotel block reservations for RE+ 2023, please notify sales@re-plus.com so that we may take any appropriate action. Please remember, we do not sell, trade or rent any of the information we receive from our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors or partners.
